In collaboration with developers, contractors and engineering teams we co-develop technical installations for residential and non-residential buildings. We create a sustainable concept for the technical installations, typically taking optimal advantage of geothermal heating and cooling and solar. 

We do the engineering, the project management and the installation of the technical installations to  support the developer in the design and build process.

We finance the technical installations, and we keep ownership of them. We ensure optimal comfort in terms of heating, cooling, domestic hot water and in some cases ventilation for the end-user. In return the end-user pays a monthly service fee.

In collaboration with our partner LAMMP, we ensure long term optimal performance of the installations. During the exploitation term we fully unburden the end-user by performing regular upkeep and maintenance to prolong the lifetime of the technical installations, as wel as providing a single point of contact to those end-users.
